Q: How and when do I pay?

When your roofing project is complete and you are 100% satisfied, you will be invoiced via email or mail. We then have a few options on how to pay; you can mail a check, we can send out a Pyramid team member to pick up a check, we can submit an ACH or you can pay over the phone with a credit card. (There is a 3% fee for any amount over $2500) If this is an insurance claim we will invoice your insurance and this notifies them to release the other portion of your insurance claim amount. Once you have received your claim amount you may pay your invoice via one of the four options above.

Q: What areas do we service?

When having 2 large locations we are able to service a large area. We service the Springfield MO Metropolitan area including but limited to; Branson, Joplin, Lake of the Ozarks, Lebanon, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Springfield, Rogersville, Mansfield. We service the Kansas City MO/KS Metropolitan area including but not limited to; Prairie Village, Independence, Raytown, Mission, Shawnee, Lee’s Summit, Grandview, Gladstone, Belton, Butler, Liberty, Bonner Springs, Blue Springs, Fairway, Gardner, Harrisonville, Leawood, Leavenworth. Q: How do I know if my roof has a problem?

There are a few indications to look out for when asking yourself if your roof has a problem. Missing or curling shingles, recent storm that produced highly strong wind or hail, water stains inside or a leak in your attic. You may even notice a very hot room or attic indicating a ventilation issue.

Q: Do I need to be there while the crews are at my home working?

It is not necessary to be at home during the re-roofing process, but it is a good idea to be available by phone as unexpected things come up that your Pyramid Representative may need to consult with you about. It is typical to run into unforeseen roof repairs, but good communication between the Pyramid Representative and the homeowner is invaluable to the successful outcome of the project. For example: When the existing roofing materials are removed, repairs that were not visible and therefore not contracted for, are necessary (replacement of sheathing or other structural issues due to dry rot or water damage). This is what is normally referred to as a “change order”.

Q: How long will it take to complete my roof (and any additional work that is contracted)?

Job length can vary from 1 day to several weeks. This depends on the complexity of the roof (or any other trade being completed), availability of material, weather, and other unforeseen extenuating circumstances that may arise. If the weather conditions get severe and safety becomes a factor, all work will halt until any and all risks to the crews has passed. If this would occur, we always carry tarps for unexpected emergencies to make sure your roof is sealed tight. Weather can create a slower process and may affect scheduling, so allow for possible delays in the completion of your project. Remember, re-roofing your home is major construction, but a reputable Pyramid Representative will take necessary precautions to keep your home and family safe and dry.
