This company did above & beyond. I live in a townhouse community which had not maintained its roofing. They replaced more plywood than anticipated, gave a great product & pricing. The crew couldn't have been nicer, or harder working. Don't fail to ask them for a bid.

If you are in need of a new roof, gutters or downspouts look no further. Pyramid Roofing has put 2-roofs on are house and do an outstanding job. Dennis Maas and Heather Roach were fantastic to work with. The crew for them did a great job and cleaned up everything after the project was done. I would highly recommend them.

Look no further If you need it I would recommend Pyramid for your roofing and guttering needs. I am very happy with the job they did for us. Ray Lindner got us the quotes and info we needed fast and was a consummate pro throughout the installation and answered all questions promptly and made astute suggestions as well from his experience. Heather was a pleasure to work (and personable) with and very thorough with her help as well. Top quality materials and workmanship at a fair price. The work was completed quickly in two days for everything. The roof and gutter crews were exceptional. Everything proceeded exactly as they told us. They even invited us to tour their facility in Grandview and see samples! We are happy we made an excellent decision to go with Pyramid! Money well spent!

Our second roof from Pyramid. Both times because of hail damage. They deal with the insurance company's quote and work on adjustments that need to be made-- They also let you know if they see any other issues. Like our chimney, we would not have known that the mortar was in bad shape! Thank you Pyramid Roofing. Great customer service!

They were efficient and careful to protect the property while removing 2 layers of singles. New roof was installed in about 8 hrs on one of the hottest days of the summer. Work was done to my specific requests. A separate crew installed the gutters a day later just as expertly. Payment wasn't due until all work was completed.

Staff was very professional and available to answer questions.

Price was very competitive.

Integrity is what this company and staff are all about. We have worked with Michael Watterson on three occasions, two previous repairs and now a complete roof replacement. We found Michael very honest, timely, responsible to work with. Further more the office staff to the instillation crew were very willing to listen to our questions and work them out. The process Pyramid has in place from the bid to communication on delivery, installation and final walk around were impressive. Jeff our inspector was not pleased with the quality of work done on a section of the roof and had the crew come back out to remove and replace the areas.Than did another inspection, giving the job his seal of approval. We found this to be of the highest standard. Its so easy to say it was good and walk away, However he did not, instead took grate PRIDE in the work to be done correctly. We are sure this pride flows through all of Pyramid roofing, Thanks to Michael,Jeff, Valerie and Heather for caring about our experience.
Hopefully we are not in need of roofing work again however if we are i know which company i will be calling...

Pyramid roofing did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. Very pleased with the results!! Austin was very pleasant to work with and he was always looking out for our best interest. He checked on the crew and performed a final inspection. He was honest, reliable and very professional. The crew did an amazing job. Worked very hard both days and cleaned up there mess too. The gutter guys were awesome. They were fast and did good quality work. All around great company and contractors! Thank u Pyramid for making our home look beautiful!!

5 Stars are NOT enough!! Mike and Pyramid Roofing have gone out of their way to help us! From offering to tarp our roof to prevent any further damage, to nailing a few shingles down until the new roof could be installed, to following up to ensure the installation was precise. The roofers also installed drip edge flashing on our shed for FREE to go above and beyond. The roof was installed with care and they even installed additional soffit vents as our old roof didn't have enough to vent the attic properly. This is our second home to have a roof installed by Pyramid Roofing and our experience with this company will always have us referring friends, family, and neighbors.
