Our second roof from Pyramid. Both times because of hail damage. They deal with the insurance company's quote and work on adjustments that need to be made-- They also let you know if they see any other issues. Like our chimney, we would not have known that the mortar was in bad shape! Thank you Pyramid Roofing. Great customer service!

They were efficient and careful to protect the property while removing 2 layers of singles. New roof was installed in about 8 hrs on one of the hottest days of the summer. Work was done to my specific requests. A separate crew installed the gutters a day later just as expertly. Payment wasn't due until all work was completed.Staff was very professional and available to answer questions.Price was very competitive.

Pyramid Roofing really stepped up from the start... Tony came out and gave a fair estimate on what was a really difficult job based on the design of the slopes of our roof. Once quoted, their team showed up at the scheduled date and time and our roof was repaired within about a week start to finish. It was an extensive job involving repair, replacing stone on our house and finally repainting the trim around the repair.We were very happy with their work and responsiveness!I would highly recommend Pyramid if you're looking for a new roof or simply a repair. They made us feel comfortable and not just like a number. Thank you Pyramid roofing!!

Tony with Pyramid came out to inspect our roof after loose shingle was noticed. Tony was able to make minor repairs on the spot. Integrity is what this company and staff are all about. We have worked with Michael Watterson on three occasions, two previous repairs and now a complete roof replacement. We found Michael very honest, timely, responsible to work with. Further more the office staff to the instillation crew were very willing to listen to our questions and work them out. The process Pyramid has in place from the bid to communication on delivery, installation and final walk around were impressive. Jeff our inspector was not pleased with the quality of work done on a section of the roof and had the crew come back out to remove and replace the areas.Than did another inspection, giving the job his seal of approval. We found this to be of the highest standard. Its so easy to say it was good and walk away, However he did not, instead took grate PRIDE in the work to be done correctly. We are sure this pride flows through all of Pyramid roofing, Thanks to Michael,Jeff, Valerie and Heather for caring about our experience.Hopefully we are not in need of roofing work again however if we are i know which company i will be calling...

Pyramid roofing did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. Very pleased with the results!! Austin was very pleasant to work with and he was always looking out for our best interest. He checked on the crew and performed a final inspection. He was honest, reliable and very professional. The crew did an amazing job. Worked very hard both days and cleaned up there mess too. The gutter guys were awesome. They were fast and did good quality work. All around great company and contractors! Thank u Pyramid for making our home look beautiful!!

5 Stars are NOT enough!! Mike and Pyramid Roofing have gone out of their way to help us! From offering to tarp our roof to prevent any further damage, to nailing a few shingles down until the new roof could be installed, to following up to ensure the installation was precise. The roofers also installed drip edge flashing on our shed for FREE to go above and beyond. The roof was installed with care and they even installed additional soffit vents as our old roof didn't have enough to vent the attic properly. This is our second home to have a roof installed by Pyramid Roofing and our experience with this company will always have us referring friends, family, and neighbors. **. Update **Now they have resorted to calling me a liar, so in response: the gutter section WAS damaged after being put up and taken down 3-4 times. Their employees DID verify the damage. They DID eventually get the gutters up, it took 10 weeks and 3 different crews. I DID have to hire another contractor to fix a lot of the issues they left (like the untreated pine they put up as facia.) they DO have that invoice, and were kind enough to take that amount off our invoice. Yes after the second crew screwed up the gutter installation (they replaced the downspouts with the ones that were the correct width, but didn’t bother cutting the holes in gutters to match the larger diameter) I did tell them they had more than enough chances to correct it, and I wanted to hire another company to fix it. They then threatened to take me court because their contract states I have to give them every opportunity to fix their mistakes. Their employees and contractors are bullies who try to blame the customer in order to cover their rears…as can be seen in their response to the review. They are unprofessional at best and slanderous at their worst. They deducted $1500 off the bill after 10 weeks of calling, emailing, and fighting for corrective action, the Operations Manager was the only person who even seemed to care that things were done poorly. No one else in the company called until yesterday when they asked me to take down my review. So if/when this happens to you, call Robert…he’s the only one you’ll get anywhere with. 🤷‍♀️We hired then to replace the roof and gutters at our animal shelter. Hands down the worst experience with a vendor I’ve ever had. The sales process is great, but after that it’s dismal. They subcontract the work, then don’t stand behind the crews they hire. Even when their own employees admit it is a terrible job, they don’t respond with anything other than resending your invoice. We are more than 2 months out with no resolution. Every time I call, management is “in a meeting” and no one ever calls back. At this point I’ll have to hire another company to come out and redo what they did.If you do hire them (which I do NOT recommend) get an inspection before you pay them. We found lots corners were cut with the roof as well, and never would have known if we hadn’t gone up and inspected the work. It’s such a bummer.
